WHO WE ARE

Our success depends on the strength of our team. Our consulting team was formed by a synergistic group of MBA graduates with diverse professional backgrounds. We believe that every company, no matter its size, should have access to good business advice. Our goal is to remove financial barriers that prevent SME’s business owners from seeking professional advice. That is what we did. We established a consulting firm that provides professional services at a fair price.

Theodoros Angelides

Theodoros Angelides is one of the co-founders of Rubedo Trust. Theodoros is a LLB holder and also a MBA title holder from CIIM. Practicing law in Cyprus and acting on behalf of physical and legal entities, local and foreign, consulting them in Intellectual Property, Competition, Corporate and Commercial matters. Theodoros heads the Intellectual Property department of P. Angelides & Co LLC and is also an active litigator. He is involved in several startups and advises them for receiving funding from EU projects.

Theodoros also regularly advises on the various business and legal issues of mergers & acquisitions and on how to overcome various market entry barriers. Theodoros is also accredited as an IP Scan expert designated from the National Intellectual Property Office in Cyprus.

Stavros Chrysanthou

Stavros is an Electronics Engineer and a Master’s Degree Graduate from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, however his experience in the Industry has given him significant growth through several industrial placements in the electronics engineering sector, where he has specialised in the design of embedded systems and Information technology.

Stavros also has considerable background and experience in education on software development for Integrated Circuits and embedded network systems. Stavros has also acquired his MBA from CIIM.

Christos Exadactylos

Christos has ample of experience as an independent Energy Consultant, consulting private firms and individuals about energy related projects. He is actively involved in the development of renewable energy projects and business ideas related to tourism and agriculture.

Christos has years of experience working for multinational companies providing administration services to top management as well as direct assistance to project managers for large construction projects. An MSc graduate of the International Centre for Island Technology at Heriot Watt University, in Renewable Energy Development and has also acquired his MBA from CIIM.
