CSR

We have a long history with engaging in CSR and pro bono work. Through our CSR and pro bono activities we encourage sustainability, promote diversity, and support charitable causes, community activities and individuals. We encourage all members of the firm to participate in CSR and pro bono work, and there are many ways to get involved.

We are committed to achieving a healthy and sustainable work culture and environment. Our environmental policy includes minimising our environmental footprint through the reduction of carbon emissions and material consumption, recycling as much of our waste as possible and promoting sustainable behaviours.

Business Ethics

We have established moral guidelines for the conduct of our people based on notions of what is right, wrong, and fair. The management of most businesses relies upon their own consciences in making business decisions, falling back upon their own moral and religious backgrounds for guidance. This may affect the people of a business when taking decisions, leading them to behave unethically when seeking to make profits. Our firm has developed a code of conduct which we use to guide our management and people when making decisions to safeguard the ethics which our firm embraces.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Our business philosophy encompasses the need to behave as good corporate citizens, not merely obeying the law but conducting our production and marketing activities in a manner which avoids causing environmental pollution or exhausting finite world resources. We behave in a more socially responsible manner, supporting environmentalist movements and consumer rights groups. We are concerned for our public image as we want to set a business standard as to how other businesses should also behave.
